Northern Railways has announced on October 4, 2025, the restoration of multiple trains and partial curtailment of other trains.
Following the extensive flooding in August 2025, Northern Railway has been restoring train services to and from Jammu in a phased manner. The latest updates from early October 2025 detail the restoration of many long-distance trains and a few partial curtailments.
Full service is expected to be almost completely normalized by mid-October.
Trains restored in the fifth phase (effective October 15–22, 2025)
