HOMAGE TO ATAL BEHARI VAJPAYEE

Today 16th August is the 5th Punya Tithi (Death Anniversary) of former Prime Minister Late Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and President Droupadi Murmu, paid thier respects at the memorial followed by leaders from various political backgrounds and affiliations converged at the ‘Sadaiv Atal’ memorial in Delhi. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh, Praful Patel, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister, Anupriya Patel and HAM’s Jitan Ram also paid tribute to the Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his 5th death anniversary. Former PM Atal Bihari’s foster daughter Namita Kaur Bhattacharya also paid floral tributes.
Atal Bihari Vajpayee a Poet, Politician and Writer, Bharat Ratna and Padma Vibhushan awardee was known for his charismatic and inclusive leadership style. He was an excellent orator and a respected figure across the political spectrum. He played a crucial role in building the BJP’s presence and shaping its ideology.
